How to become tension free, How to be free
Every
person will have tensions, stress, sorrows and pains in their life. The reasons
can be any thing like love failure, failed in exams, loss of money, job
tensions, family problems or any thing.
We
are having only one life, so we need to make it very joy full. Tensions,
problems and troubles can have their own priority. Always we need to keep it in
mind.
Don’t
be tensed on getting some problem, make your self calm and sit down calmly and
think about it with peace full mind and find the best solutions among the
different solutions. If you get tensed there will be some changes in heart beat
, at the same time there may be some changes in our brain that is some hormones will be released and
these will damage our health conditions. So keep it in mind this matter.
If
you really very bothered with your sad memories, do one thing that you just
side track your ideas. If you got any sad thought, you tell your mind
“definitely I will think about it
later”, and again if you get the same thought after a while then repeat the
same thing again. Keep your mind very busy while you are postponing your sad
thoughts. But addicting with liquors, smoke and drugs is bad idea, and we need
to face a lot of problems. We will find this truth when we are helpless, and
there is nothing in our hand to recover it. Don’t try to do suicide if you miss
from that attempt you have to suffer entire life( like loosing hand , leg etc
or loosing physical smartness).
Every
human habit is to forget their memory, in these cases this losing of memory can
be our god given gift, and it can be unfortunate in some other cases.
Every
thing is not in our hand. The things that are happening around us is pre
programmed.

If you
loose some amount of money, this can happen for any one. Think that you just
loose money which can be regenerated and not loosed your physical body parts.

If you
failed in love and you are very sad about that. Make sure that that was your
mistake, that is you may not planned properly. Keep in mind that your life is
still in yours hand, you can do any thing your best. Be confident and have
positive thought.

If you
lost your parents, that is very sorrow full situation you ever had. But keep in
mind that every one has to die, but the thing is they are leaving this world
before you.

If you
remember happy moments your mind will be happy else if you memorize sad
situation you will feel very sad. Keep in mind that “ your health may damage
because of sad tensions”.
