ms- word, how to make line spacing in a paragraph, line spacing in good documentation, how to make good documentation

Document will look good if we do some modifications to it....

One of the main thing we need to do is paragraph setting, we can do this as shown in the following images
 Initially select the text and right click


click on paragraph then you will get a window as shown below

The line spacing should be 1.5, and change the remaining boxes like given in the below image
