HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT
YOU CAN LOSS YOUR WEIGHT BUT YOU HAVE TO WORK LITTLE BIT HARD
People facing more problems with over weight the problems can be sugar, heart stroke, blood pressure, bone dislocations, air fractures, feeling un healthy etc….
You should always prefer a food with low calories.
Eat minimum for more times, most of the people like to eat
more for minimum times but if you take full of stomach once in a day, this is
also one way to become fat. So don’t prefer such type of habits and have a
minimum food for more times that will makes you very comfortable.
If you really want to lose excess
weight then don’t prefer the following food
·
Meat
·
fatty fishes
·
butter, curd
·
cream items
·
sweats
So you should always prefer low
carb diet, that is food with low calories. Having vegetable soup is good habit.
You should follow exact timings for
having food. Eat 1hour before go to bed.
Do regular exercise and the time of exercise should be 3 to 4 hours
before go to bed. Wake up early morning and do your regular exercise. Do regular exercise but don’t give any gabs
like stoping one week, or one month etc. do normal exercises but don’t make
your body very pain.
The
most important thing is to sleep without any disturbances, so you should have
stress free sleep and have a more sleep.

maximum water immediately after you wake up, but Don’t drink more water immediately

In my point of view all these things are pre programmed.
If we think in different way all the
above innovations are happened only by using 108 elements and their mixtures or
formations, most of the people are used the properties of these 108 elements and its mixtures. We are creating great innovations with only
108 elements on our earth, just imagine what about if we have some 500 elements on this earth.
Their may be chances that some other planets may have more than expected
elements.

control entire environment with your brain.
Every human being will burn with a
great power. They just have to realize it.
You can become powerful if you put
your brain and body in uninterrupted pray of power for very long time. The
first and most important thing is to believe yourself very strongly. Think about your ideas those come across your
mind while you are in deep pray, just follow them. Believe that your brain will
guide you in achieving power. If your mind tells about removing glasses dropped
on the road, you just do it without any delay. If your mind tells to help
others , you just do it without any delay. If your mind tells about some
exercise , you just do it without any delay.
Doing all these tasks without any delay will helps in synchronizing our
body with our brain. The processes of synchronization
should be very accurate. It is to make
sure that your body should be in control
of memory.
Every human will have two types of
thinking. One of them is thinking with brain and second one is thinking with
heart.
For example: assume that you are
having exams after a week. If you think about it your mind tells that ‘ start
preparation otherwise you will suffer a
lot while writing exams’. And your heart tells that ‘ don’t worry about the
exams we are having 7 more days to prepare, nothing will happen if we use this
day for enjoyment’.
In this way your mind and heart will
think differently. Just you need to do is think with both of them and give high
priority to brain.
If your brain tells start practice about some think, you just start it without any delay. If you think about switch on light, and make it on. If you promised to do any thing to others, just you make it true. That means what ever you think that is happening. That is nothing but any thing will happen if you think.

Every
person will have tensions, stress, sorrows and pains in their life. The reasons
can be any thing like love failure, failed in exams, loss of money, job
tensions, family problems or any thing.
We
are having only one life, so we need to make it very joy full. Tensions,
problems and troubles can have their own priority. Always we need to keep it in
mind.
Don’t
be tensed on getting some problem, make your self calm and sit down calmly and
think about it with peace full mind and find the best solutions among the
different solutions. If you get tensed there will be some changes in heart beat
, at the same time there may be some changes in our brain that is some hormones will be released and
these will damage our health conditions. So keep it in mind this matter.
If
you really very bothered with your sad memories, do one thing that you just
side track your ideas. If you got any sad thought, you tell your mind
“definitely I will think about it
later”, and again if you get the same thought after a while then repeat the
same thing again. Keep your mind very busy while you are postponing your sad
thoughts. But addicting with liquors, smoke and drugs is bad idea, and we need
to face a lot of problems. We will find this truth when we are helpless, and
there is nothing in our hand to recover it. Don’t try to do suicide if you miss
from that attempt you have to suffer entire life( like loosing hand , leg etc
or loosing physical smartness).
Every
human habit is to forget their memory, in these cases this losing of memory can
be our god given gift, and it can be unfortunate in some other cases.
Every
thing is not in our hand. The things that are happening around us is pre
programmed.

loose some amount of money, this can happen for any one. Think that you just
loose money which can be regenerated and not loosed your physical body parts.

If you
failed in love and you are very sad about that. Make sure that that was your
mistake, that is you may not planned properly. Keep in mind that your life is
still in yours hand, you can do any thing your best. Be confident and have
positive thought.

If you
lost your parents, that is very sorrow full situation you ever had. But keep in
mind that every one has to die, but the thing is they are leaving this world
before you.

If you
remember happy moments your mind will be happy else if you memorize sad
situation you will feel very sad. Keep in mind that “ your health may damage
because of sad tensions”.

how to improve memory power, how to remenber data, how to improve mind power
If you want to improve your mind power you need to follow these steps
1. wake-up early morning so that you can be very active.
2. Do some yoga or exercise to make your body fit.
3. leave fear about remembering, data you have studied is always with you in your mind in neurons. 4. we can get data if all the related neurons are interconnected. we can memorize the data if the neurons interconnection is possible. For making them interconnected we need to memorize topics for 3 to 4 times for some time( the time that how much long you want to memorize that data)
5. If that time is more then you will never forget data in entire life.
6. To make your memory strong you should not interested in girls/boys.
7. You have to know that the same minute of time is different for each and every other, that is work difference like reading, writing, watching, thinking, memorizing speed will be different. So you should achieve higher positions in these activities.

a. Human brain capacity is very high than all others because human use his brain than all others, it is because our forefathers might have practiced using brain.
b. cheetah runs very fast than others because its practice is more its forefathers also might have practiced the same.
